i stayed in a beautiful ocean facing king room. it included a separate shower and bathtub plus a balcony had comfortable seating.

the room offered good SPACE. I appreciated the spacious rooms, this made moving around easy. The hotel provided useful facilities. I saw monkeys around the resort daily, it was quite exciting.

the boat service app wasn't always FUNCTIONING. Made planning trips a bit difficult.

The breakfast offered a very diverse spread that covered a lot of different needs. I had a sea view even from my garden room. The rooms felt more like small suites because they were spacious and came with big balconies that provided privacy.

The hotel felt a bit run-down and seemed to need serious maintenance. The doors in my room were squeaky and hard to manage. The room layout was also a little confusing with unclear numbering making it hard to find my way around.

lush grounds multiple pools

The hotel grounds felt very lush. i particularly enjoyed the multiple pools available. They never felt crowded. the breakfast spread was great (especially the pancakes!).

the boat transfer to the hotel was infrequent. this made arrival and departure a bit less convenient. i wish the hotel provided more frequent boat services.
